Mentors and Mentees (M&M's)

M&M's is a mentoring program founded at OSU in fall 2007 by OSU Engineering student, Karena Dokken.

The goals of M&M's are:

• to develop a lasting support network
• to develop academic and career potential
• to develop leadership skills, particularly in young female engineering students

M&M's is sponsored by OSU's Women and Minorities in Engineering and SWE, and is partnered with SHPE and NSBE.

Graduate Women's Network

The Graduate Women’s Network (GWN), sponsored by the OSU Women’s Center is dedicated to establishing community among graduate women throughout the university.

The GWN promotes the professional development of graduate women across campus while supporting opportunities for leadership development, networking, knowledge exchange, advocacy, and community formation.

In collaboration with the Women’s Center, the GWN strives to provide informal networking and professional development opportunities for all women at OSU, undergraduate, graduate, faculty, and staff.
