About me:
Electrical and Computer Engineering Junior
I first got involved with Sun SPOTs after Christine Wallace expressed interest in them during a CS161 lecture. I had been frustrated with Java because of its seemingly large disconnect from low level hardware control. The Sun SPOTs offered a way to apply the Java language to directly control low level hardware; something that I am fascinated by.
Currently I am working at the Bonneville Power Administration in Vancouver, Washington and enjoy playing with Sun SPOTs in my spare time.
