Finding and Adding Friends

Social networking is a key element to the Beaversource experience. Linking friends and acquaintances to your profile helps you stay up to date on their activities, helps others get to know and reach you, and helps Beaversource suggest interesting projects and groups for you to check out.

There are several ways to find friends in Beaversource. You can find friends using the People link at the top of the Beaversource banner. You can search for a friend by typing their name into the Search field, if you already have friends on Beaversource, you can see their friends listed on the left-hand side of their profile under the link Friends of.

To add a friend, click the link Add friend on the left column of your friend’s profile.

From here, your friend can now confirm your request. Once they confirm, you will receive an e-mail notification similar to this one.
