Description

Create the wiki page MailingLists? and add the various mailing lists that the beavesource project has. This should help future developers know what mailing lists they should be subscribed to.

even after going through the tutorials http://beaversource.oregonstate.edu/projects/admin/wiki/TitleIndex, I feel clueless trying to start a wiki page from scratch.
