Links in the small tabs fail

Description

After submitting a project, when I tried to click on any of the links in the small "tab-list" to return to "Profile", etc.. it resulted in the "Not found" error. So only way to go back home was to click on the 'top-left' link pointed by the picture 'Comein we're open source'. I'll attach the screen shot.
