"Communities" in top black nav bar

As suggested by prof Wallace: 

Eric,

I mentioned in our PFL meeting that it would be nice to have Communities added across the top along with
Projects    Social      Marketplace     Request A Project
I don't know if this is something that other people want. It would just be easier to find our forum if it was there. Just something for the BeavSrc crowd to consider.

I didn't make a ticket because I am just putting this in the suggestion category.
