Changes to the top black menu bar

Description

Add 'Home' first link (pointing to the homepage) Remove 'Social' Add 'My Profile' link where the 'social' link is. This will point to the users profile page.

(In [193]) fixes #2890 We now display a Home link in the top black menu bar that goes to /social. Also if the user is logged in, we display a link to 'my profile'. Also fixed the annoying 1px border in the login/logout link.

One problem, you removed the "Projects" link, which is still supposed to be there, aside from that everything is very good.
