Description

You cant both reassign a ticket and change it's status from new to accepted. If you accept a ticket, you are set as owner

"accepted" is a status that only the owner can specify. It indicates that they are willing to work on it (they have 'accepted' the ticket). To visit a ticket that is unassigned and set it to 'accepted' is to implicitly declare that you are the owner. Closing as this is working as intended.
