Extra links in the 2nd nav is displaying inconsitently in trac

The page http://beaversource.oregonstate.edu/projects/cspfl/roadmap doesn't show the a lot of links that you would find in other pages within the same project: http://beaversource.oregonstate.edu/projects/cspfl/browser

When I view those two links I actually see the same set of links. I recall from the presentation that it was the gantt chart plugin link that was disappearing. I'm able to sporatically recreate the same effect by visiting the cspfl project and going from the main page to the search tab. I think this may either be something wrong with gantt chart, or some interaction since we have gantt enabled in the global trac.ini but unspecified in the project trac.ini.

since we've disabled gantt globally (projects can enable it on a project-by-project basis using their admin panel) I'm going to close this ticket.
