add project-info sidebox to wikistart page

Description

add a sidebar to the wikistart page for all projects that shows stats about the project:

  • members
  • last commit
  • popularity?
  • last joined user

this should be a compliment to the user sidebar that shows friends and files/resources in elgg.

This will probably be accomplished in a way very similar to the table of contents sidebar on the TracGuide wiki page, which is done by use of a wiki-macro (see /usr/share/trac/wiki-macros/TracGuideToc.py)
